Terms and Conditions

The short version
Use our tools for anything lawful. They are provided as they are, without guarantees. Our liability is limited, and your use of Google services through our apps is also covered by Google's terms.
1. Agreement
These terms apply to the website trinvh.com and to apps published by Tri NVH, including Hexkit, Flick and any app that offers "Sign in with Google" (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
2. Using the Services
- You may use the Services for personal and commercial purposes, as long as your use is lawful.
- Don't use the Services to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or access accounts, devices or data you aren't authorised to access.
- Don't try to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer our online services, except where the law allows it or the source code is published under an open-source licence.
3. Your Google account
If you connect an app to your Google account, you authorise that app to access your Google data within the permissions you approve, only to carry out the actions you request. You remain responsible for your Google account and the content in it. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's Terms of Service. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you create or process with the Services. We don't claim ownership of it, and because our apps work on your device, we generally never see it.
5. Open-source software
Where an app's source code is published (for example Hexkit on GitHub), the licence in that repository governs your use of the code. These terms cover the Services as we distribute them.
6. Third-party services
Some features work with products from other companies, such as Google services and Android TV devices. We aren't responsible for those products, their availability or changes their makers make to them.
7. No warranty
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted. Keep backups of anything important.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, Tri NVH is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the Services. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing.
9. Changes and termination
We may update the Services or these terms. If we change the terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page; continuing to use the Services after that means you accept the new terms. You can stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the apps and revoking any account access.
